How do they adjust their techniques for non-Asian patients to make sure the results look balanced and not overly Westernized or unnatural.
I think the important thing is whether they actually listen to what you want. Ethnic rhinoplasty, from what I understand, is more about preserving your identity while refining certain features. So instead of changing your nose to fit a different aesthetic, they should be enhancing what you already have in a way that looks natural on you.
A lot of people worry about looking overdone, especially when going abroad for surgery. But from what I’ve seen, many surgeons focus on harmony rather than drastic change. The goal is usually subtle refinement so that your nose fits your overall face, not something that stands out or looks out of place.
