Has anyone had 360 liposuction in Korea? What was your experience?

I’m thinking about getting 360 lipo in Korea and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has done it what was your overall experience like and were you happy with the results.

I had 360 lipo in Korea last year and overall I’m really happy with the results. The first few weeks were rough with swelling and tightness, but once that settled I could really see the shape change. My waist looks much more defined now, especially from the back view. Recovery just takes patience more than anything.

From my experience, it was definitely worth it but not an instant results kind of thing. The swelling made me doubt my decision at first. Around 2–3 months later, things started looking more sculpted. I’m glad I waited it out because the final result looks very natural.

Honestly, the procedure itself was smoother than I expected, but recovery was the real challenge. The compression garment was uncomfortable, and I had soreness for a while. But now I’m happy I did it because my waistline looks more balanced with my body.

I did 360 lipo in Seoul about two years ago, and overall it was a solid experience. The first few days after surgery were rough lots of swelling and soreness but the medical team gave clear aftercare instructions. I’m really happy with the results now my waistline is smoother and clothes fit way better. Just be prepared for the compression garment commitment.

I did 360 lipo and I’d say my results are good but not dramatically different. It improved my shape, but it didn’t completely transform my body like I thought it might. Still, my clothes fit better and I feel more confident overall.

For me, the hardest part was the mental game. Right after the procedure, I looked more swollen than before, and I had moments of regret. But around the three-month mark, I started seeing real definition. Now, a year later, I feel so much more confident in my own skin. Totally worth the temporary discomfort.

My experience was positive overall. The first week was the hardest with swelling and limited mobility. After about a month, I started noticing real changes. Now I feel like my silhouette is much more contoured, especially from all angles.

I travelled alone for my 360 lipo, which was scary but doable. The clinics there are super efficient, like an assembly line but in a good way. The pain was manageable with meds, but the drainage from the incisions was messier than I expected. And with the results I’m very happy. My love handles are gone, and my back looks so much smoother.

I was a bit nervous going in, but the process went fine. Recovery took longer than I expected, especially around the back and lower abdomen. But once healing progressed, I could see a big improvement in waist definition.

For me, the results were subtle but noticeable. Friends didn’t immediately realize I had anything done, but they kept saying I looked slimmer. That’s exactly the kind of natural result I was hoping for.

The only thing I underestimated was the lymphatic massages they hurt like crazy at first, but they really helped with the lumps. My stomach used to bulge even when I was thin, and now it’s flat. Just don’t expect immediate results; it takes a good 6 months to see final shape.

It was a mixed experience honestly. The first few weeks I was questioning everything because of swelling and uneven tightness. But by the 3rd month, everything started settling and smoothing out. I’m much happier now than I was early on.

My experience was positive but not perfect. I developed a small seroma on my flank that resolved with extra drainage. The clinic handled it professionally. A year later, I’m very happy with my silhouette, especially in fitted dresses. Just know that 360 lipo means incisions all around, so scar care is real.

I had a good recovery overall. The pain was manageable, more like soreness than actual pain. I was back to light activity in a couple of weeks. The biggest change I noticed was how much more defined my waist looks from the side.

I went with a friend who acted as my translator and helper. Without her, I think I would’ve been overwhelmed. The surgery itself was fine, but the post-op fatigue lasted longer than I thought. Results-wise, I finally have a waist definition I never had, even at a normal weight. No regrets.

I’m satisfied with my results, but I think expectations matter a lot. It enhances your shape rather than completely changing your body. Once I understood that, I became a lot happier with my outcome.

thank you,for giving nice information

My experience was pretty smooth. The swelling lasted longer than I thought, especially in the lower back area. But once it went down, my body looked more contoured and proportionate.

The swelling was no joke for me. I looked like a barrel for two weeks. But once it started going down, I could see the shape emerging. Now at 10 months, my abdomen is flat, my flanks are smooth, and I actually like how my clothes hang. The key is managing expectations: you won’t see final results until half a year.
