A friend of mine recently decided to look into perineal restoration and management after experiencing some discomfort and changes following childbirth. She wanted to understand her options properly, so she visited Trinity Women’s Clinic and consulted with Dr. Nan-hee Jeong.

During the consultation, she was able to explain her concerns and discuss what she hoped to improve. Dr. Jeong assessed her condition and explained the treatment approach, what to expect during the procedure, and the recovery process. My friend said having those details explained beforehand made her feel much more comfortable about moving forward.

The procedure itself was manageable, and she appreciated that the process was handled carefully. During recovery, she followed the clinic’s instructions and allowed herself enough time to rest. She noticed gradual improvement rather than expecting an immediate change.

Overall, she was happy with the results and felt that her original concerns had improved. She also felt more comfortable discussing women’s health concerns openly after the experience.
